About the role:

We are seeking an experienced product leader to own our Risk Products vertical, driving our strategy and execution in critical areas including KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring, security, and fraud prevention. This role will be instrumental in shaping how Aspire manages various types of financial crime risks while growing and scaling to new geographies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced product leader who can achieve regulatory compliance with robust and user-friendly solutions. Responsibilities

• Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s suite of risk products with the executive team.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for risk products over the next 3-5 years, considering regulatory requirements, market demands, and technological advancements.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for KYC/KYB, AML, transaction monitoring, security, and fraud prevention solutions.
• Work closely with operations, legal, compliance, engineering, and other product teams to rollout and enhance risk management solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• 4+ years building and managing teams of product managers.

This Technical Safety Specialist is responsible for the execution of RAMS Engineering activities in accordance with the company’s processes, applicable industry standards and best practices.

You understand and provide insight in detailed interest calculations and interest allocations within a group company.
