The planner is in charge of the raw materials all in place to support Production Manager on his schedules of the production runs. He needs to co-ordinate with purchasing and customer service to have optimal planning for the organisation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.
