Job Scope:

You will perform and learn below activities via Customer Assignments as part of OJT under the guidance of RA’s HR Tech experts (Implement and Support SAP SuccessFactors Projects)

· Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also educate them on alternatives for system design & advice how to achieve desired business outcomes.

· Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Data Migration: Perform/Support Data Migration as required

· Client Engagement: Setup relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, so as to showcase to client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedbacks from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules

· Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements so as to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for successful completion of the project.

· Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements / issues from the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business need.

Requirements:

- Support the marketing team in strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales for our business and ensure brand growth through various marketing activities.

- End to end execution and management of marketing campaigns - from content generation to copywriting to compaigns tracking and reporting .

- Strategize, plan, create and deliver quality, engaging social media and digital content for company blog site

- Handle artwork and design

- Contribute ideas, design new artwork and have the expertise to work with a wide range of digital graphi tools to produce high-quality visual communications.

Responsibilities

· Gather functional requirement from end-users for HR and LMS modules.

· Formulate solution after discussion.

· Provide functional specification document for sign-off.

· Provide technical support in design, development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.

· Implement change requests as per change management policies and procedures.

· Perform system modification and enhancements based on business needs.

· Develop interfaces, understand table structures, run month-end PS batches, and generate reports.

· Provide production support for PeopleSoft applications.

· Analyse and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner. Provide support in UAT and bug fixing activities.

· Review and recommend improvements to current PS processes. Coordinate with Project Manager/Lead to develop project plan and determine resource requirements.

· Manage and utilize the vendor for constant requirement deliveries, projects etc.

Requirements

· Degree in Computer Science or IT with at least 6-8 years of HRIS experience, with in-depth knowledge in PeopleSoft 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.56 (Core HR, and Learning Management modules). Experience in Peoplesoft Upgrade is added advantage.

· Experience in implementing projects using different software development methodologies (e.g. Agile and Waterfall).

· Knowledge with the PeopleSoft HRMS data model and expertise in creation of reports and useful analytics.

· Good understanding of Human Resources functions and LMS will be bonus
