The Senior Functional Consultant is required to lead and influence customers, to gain a deep understanding of their business problems and through applying technical analysis, recommend a solution. Is an expert with Business processes and the ServiceNow platform and processes and capable of delivering advice confidently when required. Working closely with the pre-sales team and is involved in delivering documentation through all stages of a project’s lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and deployment of best practice process solutions that will achieve desired customer business outcomes and business value.

· Design, build and deploy business outcome-driven solutions focused on designing processes which solve customer problems, are repeatable, accelerate value and employ process best practices and standards.

· Translate business requirements into functional specifications/user stories.

· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

· Work with minimal oversight; deliverables and relationships are monitored through periodic reviews.

· Responsible for obtaining approvals from business users for the user stories

· Responsible for ensuring compliance to the stories developed

· Identifying areas of business process improvement and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks.

· Managing and communicating business process and business requirements ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations.

· Influence clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their business processes.

· Completing, developing, and improving required documentation such as process flow diagrams, responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports.

· Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of process best practices and standards.

· Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.

Basic requirements

· 5+ years of experience leading the definition and deployment of 'to be’ business processes solutions in internal or client environments from a people, process, and technology perspective.

· Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating a process documentation and running workshops.

· Strong experience with at least 3 full ITBM/ITSM/ITOM/HR/GRC implementations.

· Experience with ServiceNow and comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise Product Suite.

· Certified System Administrator certification desirable

• ServiceNow Accreditations in IT Service Management and/or other product lines desirable

Professional qualifications and education requirements

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills required to lead workshops and customer meetings.

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.

· Good team player and team builder.

· ITIL Practitioner or Service Manager Certification preferred.

· Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, TOGAF beneficial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Role: The Video Editor is responsible for managing the video editing team and creating the final cut by assembling the raw recorded materials and other files.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other production teams to understand requirements and communicate the intended creative vision for production.
• Digitally cut all the files and puts them in a narrative sequence that follows that script and screenplay - refining the edited footages based on inputs from the creative leadership teams and to do all final checks of the video formats and backups to ensure all videos are saved.
• Be proficient in other areas of video editing - colour grading where required to digitally manipulate and correct the colours in the footages to accentuate the visual elements in the footages or online editing.
• The working environment is primarily indoors in a video editing studio; however, he may be required to travel depending on the production requirements.
• Be proficient in using more than 1 video editing software.
• Maintain a good rapport with his team and be able to provide creative direction during the video editing process.
• Be attentive and diligent in the storage and editing of the various versions of content.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or its equivalent.
• Experience on non-linear editing system.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of TV production and practical/current knowledge of non-linear editing.
• Sound knowledge of file and video formats and mastering techniques.
• Able to suggest alternative production techniques to optimize equipment usage.
• Creative, technically inclined and able to work well under pressure.
• Be prepared to work irregular shift hours and public holidays.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects (WAP) including planning, research, assessments, demonstrations, designing, delivery, integration, testing, quality management, and documentation, to ensure successful implementation of projects and activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and coordinates the definition, development, and documentation of the solution’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis. This includes solution development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, implementation, and testing.
• Contributes and manages programming projects from requirements definition through implementation and support, including possible areas for improvement & enhancement/modification in existing programs, and subsequently develops these modifications.
• Proper documentation of the entire project and process (from the requirement gathering process to blueprint and phase sign-off)
• Collaborates with the team in conceptualizing and developing new bundles and solutions.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• WAP Certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP development tools and coding languages is a plus.

2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.

3. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience as a WAP Functional Consultant or similar role in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes, operational tasks or industry.
• Experience in Design thinking preferred.
