What salary, benefits and rewards are on offer?

Experienced recruiters can expect a base salary between SGD 5,000 and SGD 6,500, depending on experience. This position is responsible for the start to end cycle of the recruitment process involving both client and candidate management through series of close follow ups leading to successful sales negotiation and job placement fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide total recruitment solutions to clients’ staffing needs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their staffing needs
• Provide advice and solutions to stakeholders’ queries on their recruitment needs
• Source for candidates via job portals and by any other means
• To attract, select and present quality candidates who match the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• To manage and retain good candidates.
• Manage offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
• Regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationship with clients
• Other recruitment related duties

Requirement:

• A Diploma education in any discipline
• Minimum 2 year of recruitment experience is preferred
• CEI certification is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of staffing techniques and labour regulations.
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations.
• To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL

• Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our international consulting team by designing and delivering people transformation projects
• Grow local/regional revenues in Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients
• Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
• This person will be located in Singapore and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.
