Duties & Responsibilities

Sales and Client Interaction:

• Handle direct enquiries, received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, events, and OTC interactions, and follow up on sales leads.
• Promote and market training programs to schools, authorized agents, partners, and clients.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to provide information on the programs available, listen to their wishes, and handle any complaints or objections.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signing up, ensuring a smooth transition for new students into the college environment.

Agent and Partnership Management:

Strategic Planning:
