As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will work with technical Sales teams as a machine learning subject matter expert to differentiate Google Cloud to our customers. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand Google Cloud, explaining technical features, helping customers design architectures, and problem-solving any potential roadblocks. In this role, you will work with customers and product development to shape the future of the AI/Generative AI platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Work on Duet AI, with a focus on integrating Duet AI capabilities within existing cloud services to help customer development teams build, deploy, and operate applications faster and more efficiently throughout the software development life-cycle.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications and applying cloud native development methodologies and tools, including container technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with developing scalable architectures using API management, microservices frameworks, PaaS.
• Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned jointly with the customer with defined scope and success criteria

Ensure that the information is addressed clearly and objectively so that everyone involved has a full understanding of this information. We are searching for highly qualified Senior Consultant candidates, for strategy consulting roles working broadly across financial services for our business and are looking for candidates with relevant work experience preferably in Financial Services and/or Management consulting. Experience could be from working at financial institutions or supporting them in consulting capacity.

The Senior Consultant position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience. As a professional member of our firm, your initial responsibilities will include:

• Participate in end-to-end execution of individual projects. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
• Supporting our Partner group in business development efforts, including proposal creation and development of thought leadership publications.
• Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
• Being a key member of an entrepreneurial team – stepping up and taking ownership when needed, calling out what we need to do better and being on an on-going quest to make us better every day
• Lead key research and analysis related to effectiveness and efficiency uplift for Risk and Compliance function in bank, including topics related to process re-design, operating model, etc.
• Need to be able to lead direct client communication, including preparation of client workshop
• Requiring the candidate to have hands-on project experience related to Risk and Compliance target operating model design and implementation planning

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization in financial services)
• A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English, local SE-Asian languages a plus
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use.
• Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems.
• Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, and to develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
