Job Summary:

The Production Engineer will be part of a multi-disciplined team, providing support to the production elements of the IV2 applications. The role is centered on application support, and requires a wide range of technical skills.

Responsibilities:

The Production Engineer will work closely with development, infrastructure and Business IT teams to:

• Identify business cases for onboarding onto the IV2 platform
• Provide end to end support throughout the onboarding lifecycle from POC to development, staging & production
• Provide after care production support once live

Key Experiences & Requirements:

Experiences should cover the followings:

• 2 years' IT experience in IT project of Financial Institution.
• Banking business knowledge especially Loan and Market domain.
• Banking knowledge of reporting to Authority like a MAS, IRAS.
• ORFE-G system knowledge which is a core banking system running on Linux.
• Basic Database SQL and Administrator knowledge of Postgres or other products.
• Basic Windows, Linux Server and Network knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Japanese to liaise with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking clients.
• Team player with positive and creative attitude, and able to work independently.
• Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as engineer who can perform the following tasks:

• ORFE-G operation support as Tier 1 and Tier 2.
• Basic PC and Server support as Tier 1 and Tier 2.
• Escalate to Tier 2 or Tier 3 in timely manner, if you are unable to answer the questions from clients.
• Bridge communication from user to maintenance members in Japan and Singapore.
