Job Description:

The support consultant is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of the financial modules within the SAP system. Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and relevant more than 10 years’ experience in chemical production. Chemical Diploma holders with intensive bottom-up more than 15 years’ experience in chemical production and a high passion in production chemical / chemistry production experience and wanting to move into managerial challenge, would be considered.
• Relevant operational or production experience in chemical reactions process, planning & maintenance. Warehouse, order management to logistics, will be an added plus. Experience with downstream production of emulsions and mixes will be advantageous.
• Managerial skills and abilities to communicate with all levels of functions. Team lead, with a hands-on attitude and ability to lead cross culture and occasional shift-related production or as and when required and ensuring production process are timely planned to execution.
• Team player to support the business team and strong attitude towards growth challenges, with high imagination to improve production process efficiency.
• Skilled in computer software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and willingness to learn in finance related IT systems (Navision) and all aspects to achieve excellence in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.

Job Responsibilities

· Sourcing of clients in the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) Sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers.

· Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup.

· Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships to secure continuous patronage of services.

· Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms and etc.

· Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients.

Basic salary EXCLUDING commission will range from $2,500 to $2,800 and commensurate with relevant experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position reports to the Production Planning function
• Chairs production meeting and provide updates on the status of the production orders
• Ensure production orders are executed to meet customer’s delivery dates and escalate to manager when at risk.
• Attend MRB (Material Review Board) meetings with the team and follow-up action on the status of non-conformance. Escalate to supervisor for decision-making when required.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure production orders are executed as per plan with minimal delays
• Extensive usage of ERP systems on order tracking and maintaining of records
• Monitor skip operations status, when occur, work with all departments to follow the production routing to ensure accurate clocking of operations by all departments
• Prepare Gantt charts and project manage high profile orders and keep supervisor updated on the status
• Analyse and prepare overall plant capacity and loading
• Closely monitor and expedite production order status.
• Must be able to feel comfortable manoeuvring on the shop floor with adequate PPE and observe all safety requirements in a Manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or 2 years relevant experience in Planner role
• Past experience with ERP system will be added advantage
• Good proficiency in Microsoft office
• A good team player, energetic and willing to work hard
• Good communication skill
