• Continue to work with students after they commence their courses to maximize retention and encourage progress through to higher qualifications.

Job Description:

• Fulfill customer orders by mixing of offset paste ink in production lab; using the weighing scale and mixer.
• Calculation of formula to determine amount of ink required.
• Using of equipment such as Spectrophotometer to QC check
• Once experienced with production, can promote to be a colour matcher – identifying and matching efficiently colours submitted by customers.

• Reports directly to the Master Scheduler
• Coordinate production workflows in the shopfloor
• Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delay
• Plan a weekly machine loading plan and 3 months forecasted loading plan
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Recommend to Master Scheduler on deployment of workers and other staff to meet production and delivery requirements
• Recommend shift schedule to Master Scheduler accordingly to production needs
• Liaise with Purchasing and Suppliers for material deliveries and outsourcing schedules
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
• Address issues whenever they arise with the aim of minimal disruption
• Obtain output information (Number of finished products etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance
• Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Store, Engineering and other departments to ensure good production flow and coordination
• Manage and train the assistant planners and subordinates

• Managing new parent enquiries promptly and effectively through a variety of communication channels (email, telephone, chat, in-person)
• Convert enquiries into customers of Agora Colearning by understanding parent and student needs, identifying suitable trials, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and promptly following up
• Work closely with our Student Care and Early Years teams to understand the parents' and students' needs and advise on suitable programme follow-ups
• Systematically manage our customer base to help identify learning needs and identify solutions from our range of offerings

• Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in prior sales roles preferably within the education sector
