Responsibilities

· Pack the finished products onto the appropriate corrugated carton boxes.

· Ensure that the product carton boxes and individual packets are stamped with the correct expiry date.

· Responsible in the preparation of appropriate carton boxes.

· Learn and operate packing machine.

· Assist in the daily operation of the packaging machines as assigned and rostered to.

· Assist in the local preventive maintenance of packaging machines.

· Perform area cleaning of the packaging machines, grinders and perform specific hygiene sanitization of work stations.

· Assist in the quality control check of all finished products.

· Assist in the stickering / labelling work on products.

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required to do so by the management.

What does a Freelance Digital Production Artist (on-site) do at Hogarth?

The Digital Production Artist (Freelance On-Site) is responsible for re-creating image assets based on supplied artwork and and localising assets based on the requirements for each locale. The role also entails optimising image assets for visual clarity per the client’s guidelines, exporting the assets into various formats as required, and checking the assets into a repository. The incumbent would also be expected to check his/her work on various platforms to ensure quality, consistency and correctness.

This is a freelance position for upcoming short-term projects that will happen intermittently throughout the year. • Monitor and record recruitment progress and outcomes, maintaining a clear and accessible database.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, including privacy regulations and equal opportunity guidelines.
• Actively track market trends and incorporate best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Certification: Attained full CEI certification as required by MOM.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prior experience with talent acquisition tools or applicant management systems is advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices is highly desirable.

• Manage key accounts for Temp/Contract roles
• Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels
• Adhere to all recruitment guidelines
• Acts as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
• Build a consistent talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
• Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
