Responsibilities:

• Vendor and Customer Management:Manage relationships for selected AMS partners.
  Serve as the point of contact for clients’ issue escalation, resolution, and project initiation.
  Collaborate with business units and AMS support partners to meet business demands.
  
• Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day AMS support operations, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service requests.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience:3-5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in SAP AMS operations.
  Hands-on SAP functional (Logistics module) or technical consulting experience in projects or support services.
  Proven ability to manage customer stakeholders, including business users and IT managers, as well as external vendors.
  
• Skills:Proficiency in incident management, change management, problem management, and service delivery metrics.
  Experience in SAP AMS support operations, including SLA management and report generation.
  Strong understanding of project-to-support transitions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and identify opportunities for D365 solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
• Develop and present tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, addressing client-specific pain points.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of D365.
• Customize demos and proof of concepts (PoCs) to align with specific client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals and RFP responses that align with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed solution documentation, including cost estimates and project timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 features, capabilities, and industry trends.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to both clients and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to strategically position D365 solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting roles, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. CRM, ERP, Finance & Operations).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts in a business context.
• Prior experience in developing proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
• Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
