The role of the Production Supervisor includes:

• Support the Production Manager and Production Superintendent in process analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, drills, sanders, routers, planers, etc.)
• Set up and calibrate machines based on production requirements and design specifications

Carpentry Production:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce precise wood products
• Measure and cut wood pieces to specified sizes and shapes
• Assemble wooden components into finished products using appropriate tools, fasteners, and adhesives

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards

Material Handling:

• Ensure that raw materials are readily available for production and efficiently used to minimize waste
• Organize and maintain materials for future production need

Maintenance and Safety:

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of woodworking tools and machinery to ensure they remain in optimal working condition
• Report machine malfunctions or required repairs to supervisors or maintenance teams

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, design teams, and quality control to ensure product specifications and requirements are met
• Follow instructions and feedback from supervisors regarding any adjustments to work processes or materials

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese and English. (The machine and system are in Chinese, require to coordinate with China)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Operation plans and processes to optimize manufacturing Operations.

Key Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering (Chemical or other equivalent) with least 8-10 years of experience in Petrochemical, Refining Manufacturing facilities.

· Production Experience in Rubber, Polymer or Petrochemical plants will be preferred.

· Experience as Team Lead of Shift Teams

· Excellent Leadership, Planning & Problem-Solving skills.

· Advance Coaching & Mentoring Skill to technician and Undergraduates

· Preferred Experience of Green Field Start-up, Operating Procedure development

· Effective written & verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of Singapore Regulations & Industry HSE practices & Process Safety Basics

· Prior experience in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and continual improvement programs are preferred.

• Prepare and operate CNC machine tools to perform drilling, milling and other tasks.
• Able to understand the specifications and expected results of the task at hand by reading design drawings, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Translate instructions into computational commands so that the machine can perform the correct function.
• To supervise and monitor when the machine is performing task and able to make necessary adjustments to produce better results.
• Have experience in operatingt a milling machine.

Skills:

• Know Mastercam CNC machining programming software system/G-code.

Job Title : Production Operator (SLT Department)

Responsibilities:

· Before testing the lots, operator request technician / Sr. Operator (Test) to countercheck the diagnostic to run the program.

· Brings the Pass chip trays to the work bench for quantity check on each tray.

· Collect the finished products separate the good chips and reject chips.

· Complete the Error Code Collection Form at Low Yield.

· Complete the Outgoing Inspection Checklist.

· Count the materials QTY.

· Double check inputted information.

· Enter information on the corresponding fields using barcode scanner.

· Inspect the outgoing materials for production.

· Label the Reject/VISL chips and write down the number of bad chips.

· Materials pack out. (Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label)

· Materials Strap, vacuum seal and stick a product label when necessary.

· Prepare and fill in the traveller.

· Prepare and print out label.

· Prepare the chips for OOBA.

· Put tray and material on Handler.

· Test operator clips a GREEN clip on each tray of passed chips and a RED clip on each tray of reject chips.

· Verify the traveller information with the materials.

· Handle other Backend Equipment/Tools to support Production.

· Any additional tasks as assigned by the manager or management.

Requirements:

· Experience in either a Semiconductor Final Testing Environment or Manufacturing industry

· Willing to work in Cleanroom environment

· Basic English language skills (Able to read and write)

· 1 to 2 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

· Prior hands-on experience in Test Production manufacturing (i.e. Tester & Handlers)

· Able to perform a 8 hours rotating shifts (Both day & night shift), or

· Able to perform a 12 hours rotating shifts (Both day & night shift), when business needs.

• Read Bills of Materials (BOMs) to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units
• Make electrical connections according to specifications
• Assemble parts, and position, align, and fasten assemblies, subassemblies, using hand tools and power tools.
• Modify parts by drilling, tapping, countersinking, etc. machine tools, power, and pneumatic hand tools.
