Process Summary:

You will acquire, build and manage a relationship practice made of both new and existing clients, focusing on:

What you need to have:

• A Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering

• Applicants who are new-to-financial industry who possess positive attitude and aptitude will be considered.
• Financial Advisory experience and accreditation in CMFAS M5, M6, M8, M9 & HI is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Help the financial sector in the region to design and implement mission-critical solutions with state-of-the-art technology.

- Architect the solutions in the FinTech realm based on the client’s requirements, objectives and the company's technology framework.

- Assess the effort, resources, schedule and activities for the implementation of solutions.

- Conduct solution demonstration, presentation, and proof of concept to the financial sector in the region.

- Liaise with stakeholders, such as management, subject matter experts, engineering teams and end-users for end-to-end solution implementation.

- Develop strong and harmonised working relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Fintech, Operations Research, Information Technology, Business and Finance, Computer Science or related field.

- Good understanding of FinTech and the applications of state-of-the-art technology.

- At least 5 years of working experience as a system designer, business analyst, system analyst or solution consultant.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the latest technology, such as Java, API, Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc.

- Excellent communication and support skills, ability to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking.

- Experience in Banking, Financial or Wealth Management technology and solutions is strongly regarded.

Job Description

Develop Monitoring Application: Build and maintain monitoring systems to ensure seamless application performance.
Support Application in OpenShift Environment: Manage and troubleshoot applications running on OpenShift, ensuring optimal performance.
Enhance & Fix Applications: Implement enhancements and bug fixes for existing applications built using Java, Python, and Shell scripts.
Coordinate Between Teams: Serve as the liaison between application teams to align monitoring and development needs, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient communication.

The Business Consultant will review overall operations, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to improve workflows and service protocols. Will ensure the establishment complies with local regulations and enhances workplace safety by addressing unsafe practices. The consultant will assess staff performance, provide training, and implement programs to boost customer satisfaction. Will also evaluate supplier contracts and inventory systems, suggesting improvements or software solutions for greater efficiency. Lastly, will review financial statements and marketing efforts, providing strategic recommendations to optimize profitability and attract more customers.

1. Reviewing the overall operational performance, and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions, leading to new service protocols.
