Job Description
Within our Workday Business Group your focus will be on the cutting edge of business processes and applications. You will advise our clients and play an important role in the implementation of Workday’s Integration solution. You will gain experience and develop your capabilities working together in teams, receive on-the-job coaching at leading clients as we work with them to transform their systems to the next level.
As a Workday Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day to day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert SME , collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Requirements:
· Expert proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting & Business Process Analysis / Design
· Certifications in Workday HCM & Workday Recruiting will be of added advantage
