• Create and validate Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies.
• Develop and manage switching and routing Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Configure Palo Alto firewall rules to enforce network security policies.
• Configure Cisco wireless solutions to ensure reliable connectivity and coverage.
• Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZPA VPN solutions for secure remote access.
• Implement AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting), Dot1x, and TACACS+ for secure network access control.
• Responsible for working on the following technologies:
• Network Switches and Routing Protocols
  • Meraki
  • Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls
  • SDWA
  • Zscaler VPN
• Perform network operations related to switches, routers, firewall, VPN.
• Report network status and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
• Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved in network installation.
• Participate in planning, design, preparation, implementation and operation of projects and working with various internal and external stakeholders
• Client interaction and adherence to the SLA and collect metrics.
• Provide clear and accurate updates to stakeholders, including senior management,during incidents.
• Participate in reviews and contribute to the automation and continuous improvement processes.
