Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, and Spend Analytics.
• Configure Coupa solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Identify gaps between client requirements and Coupa's standard functionality and suggest solutions.
• Develop and document optimized procurement and expense management processes.
• Advise on industry best practices and align Coupa solutions to client objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support go-live activities, including data migration, system setup, and user training.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Work with Coupa support teams to resolve platform-related issues.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training documentation.
• Enable stakeholders to use Coupa solutions effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for functional queries related to Coupa.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• Proven expertise in Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, or Spend Analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Coupa integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and Coupa configurations.

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
• Experience with global deployments and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

· Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.

· Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

· Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.

· Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.

· Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.

· Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.

· Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Skills/Requirement

· Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday integration development.
