We are a semi-auto/Auto Food factory in Mandai producing yoghurt and milk products.

Looking for a Manufacturing/Production technician with experience operating,troubleshooting equipment.Able to work in dynamic,high pressure environments with attention to detail and good focus.

Ability to follow SOPs and protocols without any deviation,able to work independantly and quick learner.Mechanical with some electrical knowledge.

Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm

Job Descriptions:

• Performs machine and process setup of die attach and moulding machines
• Able to performs machine troubleshooting.
• Performs mechanical alignment
• Ensure that the quality product is manufactured on schedule within the customer’s requirement
• Work with Cross functional Departments to resolve function, safety, quality and productivity related issue and improvement.

Requirement:

• Able to work independently
• Processed basic technical knowledge in machine set up and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in semi-con production.
• Preferably with 2 years hand on experience in machine set-up and troubleshooting of die attach bonder.
• Able to travel overseas whenever is needed.Able to work long hours
• Responsible, Self-motivated, Committed and Good interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to work in the cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes (only at customer side)
• Educational/ Certification Requirement: NITEC / Higher NITEC/ Professional Certificate or its equivalent, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Working at a High-Tech Dairy Factory Air-Con Environment

5 day work-week

Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm

Duties Include:

-Packing

-Operating simple Equipment

-Laoding of Finished Products into Chiller room and Storage Area

-General Housekeeping and cleaning after production

Objectives of the position:

• The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

• and be involved in New Product Introduction activities and the creation of manufacturing Work

• Instructions as well as other process documents. The incumbent is also expected to improve the work

• processes actively and continuously to achieve high productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Early involvement in NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.

• Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing

• process elements.

• Create Bill of Materials structure.

• Create manufacturing Work Instructions and other process documents in collaboration with the

• Program Management, Production and Quality Assurance Teams.

• Carry out time studies and update the process cycle times.

• Provide timely technical support to the Production Team pertaining to manufacturing process and

• quality issues.

• Engage in DFM and Lean Line Design activities.

• Relentlessly explore, evaluate, and review new tools, equipment, processes, etc.

• Actively and continuously improve the work processes to improve work efficiency and quality.

• Work with Program Management, Production, and Quality Assurance Teams to identify potential

• process risks and make recommendations to mitigate these risks.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager and/or Engineering Lead.

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics,

• Manufacturing/Production or industrial Engineering

• Min. 3 years of manufacturing process engineering experience, preferably dealing with wire or cable

• harness. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Asst. Engineer position

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

• Basic manufacturing knowledge in cable harness assemblies, plastics and sheet metal preferred

• Experienced in the creation Bill of Materials structures

• Good knowledge on Solid Edge or SolidWorks preferred.

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Lean/Six Sigma certification is desirable

• Strong analytical ability

• Team player with good communication skills

Job Description

- Work with Production Engineers, Supervisors and Technician to design, develop, and improve engineering processes.

- Planning and coordinating of production schedule and production output.

- Plan and implement improvement projects for productivity improvement

- Ensuring all monthly operating expenses stay within allocated budget.

- Support inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs with Maintenance Dept

- Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.

- Producing CAD drawings, nesting thru company smart system according to our standard specifications.

- Evaluating first article and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures.

- Calibrating and troubleshooting of equipment /machines as required.

- Perform time study and improve standard time hour

Job Requirements:

- A degree or minimum diploma in Engineering discipline.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in precision engineering in manufacturing industry

- Proficient in 3D drawing software – Solidworks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Familiar with manufacturing quality assurance techniques

- Understand 5S discipline, TQC and other quality improvement tools

- Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving and project management skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform basic and advanced machine electrical wiring works

- Develop electrical testing jigs and perform testing and validation of machines

- Lead the production team to strictly adhere to production schedule and same time improving the manufacturing process to improve quality, cost, and productivity.

- Creates, implements, and monitors KPI indicators on product quality and section capability

- Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department

- Assist the Production Manager to provide quality, cost effective and efficient support for launching of new machine models

- Perform machine pre & post machine power ON inspection checks, machine parameter settings, testing and inspection according to standard

- Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical non conformance

- Perform machine final electrical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain high level of quality

- Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc

- Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes

- Monitor the serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor or Manager any non-compliance condition

- Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Electrical required

- 2-3 years working in a machine assembly environment

- A good track record of supporting the department achieving KPI

- Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge

- Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment

- Maintain good Quality standards, 5S and safety discipline

- Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook)

- Knowledge of drawing software(Solidworks, Unigraphic, etc) is added advantage
