The NPI / Production Process Engineer is required to collaborate with the Program Management Team

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or other related disciplines from recognized institutions or equivalent

• Relevant experience in related consultancy, auditing, training and experienced in implementing management systems and related schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Trained Internal Auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (preferable).

• Relevant experience in related consultancy, auditing, training and experienced in implementing other management systems such as ISO 22301, ISO 22000 and ISO 27001 is an added advantage.

• Proven good procedure writing, reporting writing and presentation skills.

• Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with other departments and external clients, associates or partners

• Good time-management skills in meeting project deadlines

• Possess professional integrity and business ethics

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at The Talent Network Pte Ltd. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for 360 recruitment, managing end-to-end recruiting activities which include dealing with both clients and candidates. This role is based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work.

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using AS/400 programming languages.

• Strong understanding of AS/400 programming concepts
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS/400 applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs.
• Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

Requirements:

• Hands–on experience developing applications using Java/J2EE, with Spring / Spring boot framework knowledge and hands on experience in Microservices.
• A strong hands-on development track records building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and best practices.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solution to business and/or management team.
