Specialist Recruitment Consultant – Accounting, Finance & Strategy

As a key player in our CFS team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of accounting, finance, and strategy roles across a range of industries. With the demand for executive search services booming, this is your chance to step into a role that offers both challenge and reward.

Your Role:

• Talent Advisor: Guide clients on strategic talent acquisition and management within accounting, finance, and strategy functions.
• Career Advisor: Provide candidates with tailored career advice, from evaluating aspirations to managing offers and onboarding.
• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand your portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with a preference for backgrounds in fast-paced industries like commodities or Big 4 firms.
• Skills: Highly driven, entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication, and a knack for relationship building.
• Traits: Thrive in a collaborative, integrity-driven environment with a passion for influencing and strategising.

• Mondays - Fridays (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• North Region

Job Descriptions

• Clean and maintain parts using solvents and abrasive pads.
• Prepare and package parts for shipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and safety training programs.
• Polish aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic parts manually.
• Inspect parts during cleaning to ensure they are in good condition.
• Mask parts for bead-blasting and safely handle hazardous chemicals.

Job Requirements

• Able to carry loads ranging from 15 to 20kg
• No experience is welcomed
