Job scope:

• Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC for new and existing customers
• Provide support to reconcile and fix Dynamics 365 BC data, as required
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
• Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within in D365 BC project management software
• Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
• Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in project delivery and implementation, preferably ERP packages
• Well experienced in working on design, configuration, training and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Knowledge about setting up NAV/D365 BC on-premise as well as on cloud environment.
• Sharepoint and Azure LCS knowledge is a plus

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Form A license holder and other license as required by regulatory.
• Liaise with regulatory body regarding pharmaceutical compliance affair.
• To update local and overseas countries on regulatory requirement for implementation.
• Involved in day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and ensure compliance to PIC/S GMP standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in maintenance of product license with local and overseas authority.
• To prepare product registration dossier for local and overseas market.
• To assist in regulatory audits and response to the authority query.
• To assist post-marketing product query or correspondence and work closely with QA/QC department pertaining to product quality issue.
• Responsible for all dispensing materials and activities to use in production.
• Maintenance of controlled drugs and records, including the storage and sale.
• Review and update SOP relating to the production periodically.
• Together with Production Manager, handling and managing of production issue raised by the production team.
• Work together with QA to arrange training to production staff on SOP and cGMP.
• Work closely with QA/QC department to maintain cGMP standard.
• Support Beacons E-Commence project.
• Be involved in other company projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Science (Pharmacy).
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• To source for high quality and fresh ingredients as well as cooking instruments required.
• Ensure that usage of ingredients are optimised, and that food wastage in the restaurant is kept at a minimal.
• Cost management and budgeting
• Tasting of final dishes to provide constructive comments to elevate quality.
• To educate fellow kitchen staff on best practices, culinary knowledge as well as techniques. Hygiene and food safety practices are also required.
• To educate front-of-house staff on recommendations to be suggested to customers, such as best food and beverage pairings.
• Provide feedback on the overall ambience and layout of the restaurant so as to ensure performance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Take part in special events and curate time-limited menu
• Undertakes any other duties and ad hoc related roles as the business requires
