Job Description

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor workflows and collaborate with the CSR team to adjust schedules based on delays or changing demands.
• Lead and supervise production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment while addressing any staff-related concerns.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and develop KPIs to improve productivity and output.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure the production area complies with safety rules.
• Conduct regular safety audits and quickly address any compliance issues.
• Work with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production operations.
• Communicate production updates and any issues to senior management and other important stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing, ideally in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

• Working Location: Admiralty
• Working Hours: 5 days (10am-5pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Fold and assemble boxes according to company specifications.
• Ensure boxes are clean, undamaged and properly shaped for packing.
• Packing, carton and seal properly.
• Follow safety, BRCGS, SFA and company SOPs at all times.
• Highlight any issues to superior and seek resolutions immediately.
• Any other minor job duties as assigned.

An entry-level position with basic knowledge in TV or film.

To support, maintain and execute operational procedures required by the various productions, as well as to be groomed to be an on-ground line producer.

Directly assisting the Production Manager to excecute specific logistics and maintain time management required for specific programmes. Able to work independantly as well as a part of a team.

Good command of English (other languages are a plus) and willing to be groomed towards being an on-ground line producer. Career path with the company - Production Manager / Series Producer.

Assistant Production Manager will also be trained in all aspects of production and post-production (no production or post-production experience required as training will be provided to successful candidates) and additional production workflow training and up-skilling will be provided to successful candidates after the probation period.
