· SAP SD: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution modules, including pricing, order management, and billing.
· Master Data: Understanding and management of master data related to sales processes.
· Logistics: Knowledge of logistics processes within SAP SD.
· Delivery Types: Familiarity with different delivery types and their impact on order fulfillment.
· Credit Management: Familiarity with credit management processes within SAP SD.
· FI (Financial Accounting): Awareness of financial integration points within SAP SD.

Desired Experience:
· Overall 12+ years of SAP SD experience, including
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
· Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SD modules.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
· Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
· Understanding of accounting business processes.
· Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
· Must be resourceful, adaptable, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
· Relevant degree such as Bachelors or Masters Degree in, Computer Science, Business/Administration, Business, Engineering, Information Technology.
Certifications(Good to have):
· SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP7;
· SAP Certified Application Professional - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP6, etc.
Roles Responsibilities:-
SAP SD Leads provides expertise in all aspects of SAP Sales Distribution (SD) modules along with integration points with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI).
· Facilitate the support and maintenance of SAP SD areas.
· Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
· Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
· Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
· Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
· Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
· Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
· Document functional designs, test cases and results.
· Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
· Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
· Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
· Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
· Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
