We are looking for a Food Production Operator who wants to join us on our journey to create sustainable flavours in F&B applications. The Operator contributes to food production operations by setting up work stations and handling equipment to prepare ingredients, food products and packaging. They adhere to food production requirements, food safety parameters and the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the food products are free from contaminants and safe for consumption.

They work in a food production environment and may be required to work in shifts. They should be comfortable to be engaged in repetitive work activities. They work in accordance with the given schedules and is able to operate machinery effectively. They may be required to work in physically demanding work conditions such as long standing hours and extreme hot or cold temperatures. The ideal candidate will have experience in fermentation, such as in beer brewing or food manufacturing.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend a large portion of your time directly engaged in compliance projects for our clients. You’ll work with our diverse client portfolio. In the process, you’ll strengthen your commercial, legislative and industry sector knowledge, and you’ll establish valuable business relationships and networks. Skills and attributes for success

• Helping businesses meet ever-growing and increasingly complex tax demands by having a deep understanding of relevant legislation
• Keeping up to date with ongoing trends and changes to legislation that will affect planning activities
• Working with businesses to meet complex demands for tax reporting, compliance and planning, and tax policy and controversy
• Display outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively

To qualify for the role you must have

• A degree in Accountancy/Taxation/Business related discipline, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 complete years of relevant work experience is required
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Expertise in time management, and the ability to adapt to change under pressure
• A highly collaborative approach to work

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience working in professional services companies
• Accreditation by SCTP

Job Description:

• Providing the local market insights and industry trends to support the on-going innovation projects and the innovation ideas
• Analyze breakthrough technologies trends and present to higher-ups and mentors.
• Recommend and link academic resources and industry resources
• Procurement/project management assistance, assisting with the organization of workshops, as well as supporting cooperation activities in Singapore.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Passionate in ICT industry and has an investigative mindset. Actively reach out breakthrough or promising technologies from Singapore and Asian top universities. Regularly output analysis reports.
• Master or doctor degree from Singapore top universities in CS or EE schools, or have strong computer science, database, semiconductor or optical engineering background is a plus.
• Communication skills are important in order to present the results of report. Analysts present their findings to mentor and managers. Willing to learn, Good MS Office skills.
