• Supervise and manage production staff, including operators and assistants.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Monitor production processes, adjust workflow as needed, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Plan and oversee daily production schedules, ensuring output meets quality and quantity targets.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records of production data and report on productivity and efficiency.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing production in sauces and paste, or similar food processing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and food safety regulations.
• Leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• 5 days work week, based at Senoko.

• Plan materials requirement according to production schedule and to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Monitor production schedule to meet delivery requirement
• Work closely with Testing team and arrange production staff to work according to schedule

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing / Production / Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in electronics manufacturing industry
• Work closely with internal customers, buyer and sub-contractors
• Experience with ERP system

Responsibilities:

· Assist the supervisor to schedule jobs for truck attendants and production team

· Manage all aspects of the day-to-day production activities to ensure that daily production targets are achieved

· Maintain proper documentation and tracking of employee deployment, attendance and leave management

· Work closely with Sales and Operations Department on the loading of goods for export

· Ensure all production related machineries and equipment are properly maintained

· Ensure Production Site complies with Work Safety and Health (WSH) so that housekeeping, quality, safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection requirements are met

· Work with Safety Officer to ensure all Safety Compliance measures are adhered to

· Ensure cleanliness of the Production/operation area and dormitory

· Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
