We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Audio-Video System Engineer with strong IT knowledge to join our team. As an Audio-Video System Technician, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting audio and video systems that meet the needs of our clients. In addition to your expertise in audio-visual technologies, you need to possess a deep understanding of IT principles, networking, and system integration. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Candidate should exhibit self-starter with a positive and professional attitude. This position will work closely with the Consultancy, Sales and Project Team to support the needs and requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities
System Design and Integration:
Collaborate with clients and project managers to design comprehensive AV, KVM matrix systems tailored to specific control room, video conferencing or digital signages requirements.
Lead the integration of AV, KVM matrix systems with other technology infrastructure.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve complex issues related to AV, KVM matrix, video conferencing, digital signage devices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 Technicians in complex problem-solving scenarios.
Technology Assessment:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AV and Control Room industry, evaluating their potential for integration into existing systems.
Conduct technology assessments and make recommendations for system enhancements.
Project Leadership:
Lead technical aspects of security system projects, including planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Provide technical expertise during project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Client Consultation:
Act as a subject matter expert in client consultations, understanding their business needs, and providing recommendations for advanced security solutions.
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on advanced system functionalities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and project reports.
Generate comprehensive reports on system performance, upgrades, and enhancements.
Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with Level 1 Technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
Develop and deliver training programs for technical staff to enhance their skills in AV, KVM Matrix, video conferencing, digital signage systems.
Service Level Support:
Be ready to take on maintenance tasks when assigned/ rostered as part of a 24/7 stand by team.
Requirements
Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience; industry certifications are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of [5 years] of progressive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining AV, KVM Matrix, Video Conferencing, Digital signage systems etc.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of AV, KVM Matrix, Video Conferencing, Digital signage systems
Proficiency in network protocols, cybersecurity principles, and advanced system integration techniques.
Experience with leading brands and models in the AV, KVM Matrix, Video Conferencing, Digital signage systems market such as Extron, Blackbox, Creston, Kramer, etc
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience in guiding technical teams and leading security system projects.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to system installation and maintenance.
