Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision.

• Ability to build rapport and network across complex organizations and disciplines.

• Willingness to take initiative and work proactively internally and externally.

• Excellent communications skills both written and oral.

• Proven ability to build and maintain sound relationships with peers, customers, and partners.

• Good interpersonal and strong influencing skills.

• Ability to travel 25-30% of time.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.

· Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.

· Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.

· Perform service request related to client platforms.

· Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.

· Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in the related field.

· Mandatory Skills: Windows 10

• Create project budget, schedule project activities
• Manage from point of contact with Builder to view works sites and proposal requirement needed for the lift Installation
