- To assist the PM on multiple projects to programme and allocate manpower as required.

- Discuss with PM to action necessary works required and recommended in inspection reports clearly and accurately.

- Maintain records of inspections, actions and non-conformances.

- Assist in submission of shop drawings and material samples for conformance with project specification

- Assist PM in the planning of required, materials, plant, transport and equipment.

- Plan activities of allocated Site Supervisors and workforce under their control, in line with project requirements.

- Monitor Health and Safety on projects to ensure safe working practices are carried out in accordance to local regulations

- Ensure that projects are carried out within the labour and material budget parameters provided as advised by PM.

- Check site progress and productivity, record and submit monthly progress claims for certification and payment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should possess a High Nitec / Diploma / Degree, or equivalent Technical certificate in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building.

Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

A good communicator.

Job Objectives:

The Data Application Support team is within the Business Technology Services function, supporting the Bank’s suite of Data warehouse, ETL, BI and Big Data Application Systems. The team is responsible for the production stability of these applications and ensuring ongoing improvements in system availability, supportability & service levels over time. The successful candidate will be working with Business, Support and Development teams to ensure a high-quality service & swift resolution of issues

Key Responsibilities

· Provide application support to various business users. Attend to business queries and business requests promptly. Follow through the business requests to a proper closure

· Work on timely resolution for reported incidents so as to meet service level targets. Incidents include failures & queries reported by business users and technical staff; event alerts automatically detected and reported by event monitoring tool

· Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent solution so as to prevent recurring incidents and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented

· Ensure all incidents and problems are proactively managed – Prioritizing numerous issues of varying severity and escalate issues as appropriate to necessary teams and management

· Collaborate with the development team in identifying resolutions and transitioning of releases into production environment

· Participate in BCM activities or infrastructure related upgrade

· Responsible of capacity management. To monitor & analyze current performance and capacity data and forecast the capacity required by the applications ahead

· Aside from day-to-day support duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Key Requirements:

· Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines.

· Min 4 years of experience in application development and support environment in ETL, Data warehouse, and business intelligence

· Individual must have working experience in ETL, Data warehouse and various business intelligence tools on Unix/Windows platforms.

· Mandatory Technical skills: Informatica (Infra and data workflow tracing), BI Tools such as QLK, SAS, Power BI, Oracle, Unix/Linux, AS400, Control-M, Shell scripting · Knowledge of ITIL of similar framework will be advantage

· Experiences in Quantexa, Teradata, Big Data using Cloudera (CDH 5.8 or above), Hive, Impala, HDFS, YARN, Sqoop, Oozie, Hbase, kafka, Map Reduce/Spark are optional and good advantageous

• To ensure that the building and its related works are constructed in accordance with Drawings and Specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations;
• To monitor and report on the progress of works;
• To carry out inspection of civil and structural engineering works prior to concreting;

• To carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props;

• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings;
• To verify all reports and claims relating to structural works submitted by the contractors;

Requirement:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works listed in the Project Brief such as in buildings, civil pavement works like rigid pavement and taxiway/runway pavement works, etc.
• Civil and structural works in Airport, transportation terminals, commercial complexes or hospitals, etc.
• Must be accredited as a Resident Engineer with Building Control Authority (BCA)/ Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (lES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore(ACES);
• Working experience of bored pile construction, basement construction, experience with large span steel structural construction would be preferable;
• Strong knowledge of C&S details, working drawings, shop drawings and C&S construction method;
• Strong knowledge of LTA and BCA requirements and regulation for foundation and building structure construction;
• Basic knowledge of architectural and M&E shop drawings and construction works on site;
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations;
• Good supervisor and leadership skills;
