Job Description:
1. Assist Project Manager or Project Director in achieving the operational KPI - within budget, schedule, and acceptable quality
2. Responsible in preparing all kinds of documents including daily report, method of statement, execution plan, safety plan, project schedule etc.
3. Responsible in overseeing drawing management and ensure the updated drawings are issued
4. Coordinate with client and subcontractor of any new request, additional information or revision so that progress is not affected
5. Work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate shall possess a minimum diploma in engineering related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in housing construction
3. Possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
4. Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership in the duties assigned
