Requirements

1. Masters/bachelor degree from a reputable university.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in core software development using Microsoft technologies.
3. Hands-on experience in the requirement gathering through clients or business team.
4. Hands-on experience in technical design patterns, development, and documentation.
5. Proficiency working as a full stack developer.
6. Knowledge of microservice architecture and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).
7. Knowledge of creating SPA (Single Page Application) using React.
8. Knowledge of using DevExpress would be an advantage.
9. Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQL Server
10. Knowledge of C# on .NET
11. Knowledge of C, C++, Entity Framework would be an advantage
12. Knowledge of cloud-based development would be an advantage

For our local agency (based in Singapore), we are looking for a HVAC Senior Project Engineer to fulfill a full- time position specialized in HVAC systems for the Marine & Offshore Industry.

Our future HVAC Senior Project Engineer must have a thorough knowledge of the HVAC systems which includes but is not limited to the following systems: air-conditioning systems, ventilation systems, split units, automation & electrical systems, instrumentations, ducting, piping, etc.

As an HVAC Senior Project Engineer, you will be supporting the Project Manager.

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Effectively respect the Design & Production (manufacturing & equipment delivery) schedules.

· Successfully manage the technical relationship with our clients.

· Produce and/or lead the production of P&ID, D&ID and all drawings required during the projects’ design stages.

· Produce and/or lead the production of thermal, pressure drop & acousticcalculations.

· Lead the production of the electrical design & wiring diagrams.

· Attend meetings at the shipyard and conduct the presentation & explanation of our design drawings and technical documentation.

· Assist our purchasing team in the sourcing of competent manufacturers & competitive suppliers.

· Produce the technical specifications to be issued to suppliers in accordance with the projects’ requirements; ·Liaise with suppliers or sub-contractors; Abide by the technical specifications of the procurement;

· Assist our purchasing team in the negotiation with the selected suppliers & subcontractors.

The above-mentioned duties and responsibilities may be subject to changes when the need arises and as directed by your manager.

Requirements:

· Engineering degree (Mechanical/Thermal/Electrical…).

Mechanical background is preferred – Electrical background is a plus.

· At least 10 years of working experience in HVAC projects.

· Relevant experience in Marine/Offshore Industry is necessary.

· Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word) & with Autocad 2016.

· Solid project management, organizational & technical skills including attention to details.

Good English communication skills.
