Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. • Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.
• Interfaces and confers with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
• Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for monitoring and management purposes.
• Resolve test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing, and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
• Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.
• Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.
• May develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Actively search for innovative technologies or procedures in the test sector.
• Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics or Mechatronics field or equivalent experience and training which requires at least 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Modular/ System Integration Testing: Product functional testing and troubleshooting various test solution at various level component, modular and final system
• Experience in functional software, measuring equipment’s (Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, sensors, measuring gauges etc.) and tools that are integrated to perform the functional test to cover the product functionality
• Experience on modify or updating existing software solutions to support product design changes or test enhancements
• Experience in creating and maintaining stand operating procedures to enable easy of manufacturing and meeting all audit compliance.
• Inspection: PCBA board, systems, components, cable and harness, microscope, measuring tools.
• Handling Mechanical & Electrical Tools: taps and dies, alignment tools, measuring tools.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations.
• Impacts the near-term (quarterly/semi-annual)operational success of the function. Enhances and provides input to functional processes or technologies. About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on implementing tools for continuous integration and delivery, managing and administrating environments, and executing maintenance operations with comprehensive environment monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jenkins, Git (GitLab), and Ansible, combined with familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools. A basic understanding of finance and investment banking will be a strong advantage for effectively supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD):Design, implement, and maintain tools and pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
   Optimize build, deployment, and release processes for efficiency and reliability.
   
2. Environment Management:Manage and administrate development, testing, and production environments.
   Ensure seamless environment setup, configuration, and access for development teams.
   
3. Maintenance and Monitoring:Execute routine maintenance operations to ensure system stability and performance.
   Implement and utilize monitoring tools to proactively detect and address environment issues.
   
4. Collaboration & Process Improvement:Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve system reliability.
   Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices across teams and projects.
   

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise:Proficiency in using Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  Hands-on experience with GIT (GitLab) for version control and repository management.
  Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  
• Methodologies & Tools:Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools for system integration and process automation.
  
• Domain Knowledge:Basic understanding of finance and investment banking, including workflows and terminologies.
  
• Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting skills to address system issues and implement effective solutions.
  
• Soft Skills:Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Certification in DevOps practices, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar.

• Designs and drafts construction drawings according to project specifications.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Inspect installations to ensure it adhere to design and equipment specifications.

• Keep proper record of all works carried out on-site.
• Manage a team on-site to ensure works follow regulatory and project’s requirements.
• Supervising or training project team members.
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
• Maintaining electrical equipment.
• Track work progress to ensure project specification and schedules are met.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out structural design and analysis to meet project requirement.
• Prepare design calculations & shop drawings for submission.
• Provide general technical support to the in-house operations team.
• Technical marketing of structural strengthening products.
• Attend meetings with clients for pre and post contract to meet project requirement.
• Accountable for effective co-ordination of projects as assigned.
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a good Degree in Engineering (Civil) recognised by the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore and is familiar with the British American Design Standards, and Eurocodes.
• Able to perform structural analysis using design software such as STAADPro ETABS, Prokon etc.
• Familiar with AutoCAD application.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Possess initiative, analytical thinking abilities and able to work both independently and as a team.
• Possess positive attitude and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Foreigners: Minimum of two years' experience in local consultancy firms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements in alignment with the production schedule to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
• Monitor the production schedule closely to meet delivery deadlines and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Testing team and coordinate with production staff to work according to the established schedule.

Requirements :

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing or equivalent certifications
• 2 or more years experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles
• ERP competency in materials managements and supply planning
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
