Job Scope:

1. Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration & Additional Work.

2. Data Entry for the project material delivery, Bill of Quantity and Tender Pricing.

3. Serves as liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related system.

4. Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water) for individual room

1. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them
2. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied.
3. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors

Qualification:

1. Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
2. Conversant with local codes and regulations
3. Is a good team player and is analytical and a problem solver
4. Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail
5. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
6. Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software

• Minimum of 2years of experience in desktop application administration and support.

• Strong knowledge of GL OMS trading platforms and SGX applications.

• Familiarity with workflows involving SGX, SSH, and SFTP protocols.

• Proficiency in Level 1 network troubleshooting, including kiosk PC and network switch support.

• Monday to Friday (5-day workweek).

Job Summary:

We are looking for Out systems developer who are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web and mobile applications using the Out Systems low-code platform.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Out Systems platform;
• Experience with Out Systems Service Center, along with proficiency in either Java or C#;
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL for effective database management and integration within applications;
• Experience with software integration using APIs and web services;
• Experience with web applications, HTML, and database systems;
• Proven experience working on Out Systems applications as either a Solutions Integrator (SI) or developer, demonstrating a strong ability to design, build, and deploy robust solutions within the Out Systems environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skill Set:

• Out Systems certifications like Associate Developer or Professional Developer are a plus;
• Familiarity with other low-code platforms, coupled with experience in mobile application development
