• Enforces the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in kitchens. • Ensures that all equipment is hygienically stored in its designated area.

• Become a mentor and role model.

• Ensures that all deadlines are met consistently.
• Monitors and schedules annual leave in a timely and effective manner, with the best intent of outlet/colleagues.

Training, Learning And Development Of Culinary Team 

• Stream lines all training requirements and co-ordinates all arrangements for proper execution of instructions.
• Conducts training regularly for colleagues to develop their skills/new menu items. Records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Chef’s Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.
• Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.

Other Responsibilities

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer (Vulnerability Management) to join us!

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Plan, develop vulnerability management strategies to detect non-compliance or security vulnerabilities.
• Perform and track vulnerability scans to ensure that vulnerabilities are resolved or mitigated promptly.
• Provide security consultancy on how to close/mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Lead implementation of enterprise security infrastructures which includes Contractor management, design validation and test acceptance.
• Perform maintenance on the enterprise security infrastructures that covers service and security posture upkeep.
• Plan and participate in areas of security operations to ensure that processes meet defined information security policies and standards, and evolving security threats.
• Implement other Security products such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Network Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (NIPS)

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and/or managing VMS system
• Team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix and Windows
• PowerShell scripting is an advantage
• VMS product certification such as Tenable, Rapid7 is an advantage
• Security Certifications such as GISA, GSEC, CISSP, CISM is an advantage
• Possess the following soft skills and attributes:
• Ability to justify new initiatives and recommend new initiatives to stakeholder(s)
• Conceptualise the Concept of Operations for the new initiatives
• Familiar with tendering process, defining requirements in tender specification
• Team player and able to lead discussions between internal teams (Operations, Security, Contract) and external product principals or system integrator
• Requires minimal supervision from supervisor
• Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and communicate effectively with non-technical audience.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client focused Mechanical Engineer to join our team at our office in Singapore to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most exciting and high profile critical systems/data centre projects in Singapore and SE Asia.

With a main focus on the Critical Systems field, and additional opportunities to contribute across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Retail, you will work in a team of expert engineers and technicians, and interact with colleagues of various disciplines to manage the delivery of technically-excellent, profitable projects.

The Skills

Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering you have gained experience in an Mechanical Engineering role, ideally within a data centre/critical systems context

You have proven experience in detailed coordination with other design disciplines and are well-versed in mechanical theory and the use of relevant design software. You will also be required to support other team resources including junior engineers and BIM/CAD technicians.

You have proven ability in producing schematic diagrams, fault and discrimination studies, preparing specifications and project reports, carrying out site inspections and surveys, and detail design development, and crucially - you have a passion for accurate design of mechanical systems.

This position is responsible for effectively leading the collaboration with business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The person in this position must charter a strong AI related talent network among business units and AMT on transforming innovation practices into robust application processes with scaling up implementations. This role will leverage the leader’s experience in AI, manufacturing, assembly, and general management to build a strong network and increase the competitiveness in AI related advanced assembly, automation, and manufacturing technologies for TE.

The position will locate in TE Singapore AI Hub campus and will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify AI opportunities with multiple BU customers to facilitate their strategy of accelerating the short-term and long-term AI related roadmap on assembly and automation manufacturing.
• Develop and innovate AI related strategies for the transformational collaboration with BU customer to drive TE operational excellence through end-to-end approach from effective innovation, application, and scaling up implementation. Align the strategy with BU customer’s current to 5-year strategic roadmaps and make recommendation on the AMT prioritizations.
• Provide critical thinking and influence by contributing with AI related platforming and implementation of innovative solutions addressing the most challenge assembly and automation processes.
• Oversee and provide directions to AMT global AI projects with support to make sure they are meeting customer requirement on time, on performance, and on budget.
• Partner with the other AMT leaders to develop AI related strategic partnership with suppliers to meet global business needs, and to drive the supplier improvement plans with quality, delivery, and cost requirement.
• Partner with the AMT leaders, BU operation leaders and central operation functions to develop AI talents inside the organization, building AI automation and assembly talents competency for the company for sustainable growth.

Key Requirements:

• A Master degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline. A PhD engineering degree is strongly preferred. 5+ years operational and/or technical experiences in a technology environment/industry is also preferred.
• A strong talent with clearly demonstrated AI experience and a track record of AI innovating as well as AI deploying/scaling up new technologies via influence in matrix organizations. Understanding key SPAM process in TE is preferred. Experiences in chartering company-wide AI technology events with solid tangible results are strongly preferred.

• Record of proven results in driving organization integration and innovating process for benchmarking and sharing best practices.
