Job Content Duties and Responsibilities：

• Plan and prepares production schedules for manufacturing to optimize machine utilization to meet production target.
• Supervise and release work orders issuing to meet shipment and production target.
• Monitors the production processes and adjusts schedules as needed to assure smooth flow of production.
• Assist in controlling work-in-process and finished goods inventory to optimize inventory levels
• Monitor and co-ordinate on material supply to ensure timely material availability to support production plan
• Review, monitor and report on factory capacity. Utilize capacity plan when scheduling production and assessing new orders and opportunities
• Analyses and formulates report from production planning.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications : Minimum a Diploma in any engineering discipline.

Experience/Skills Required :

• Have Production Control experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Proficient in using SAP software in production control and planning
• Independent, technically competent and computer literate.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Manage the development of Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) by researching and recommending ways to improve their performance, working with technical experts.
• Manage cross-functional team members and coordinate system integration, assembly, testing, and qualification of UGVs
• Conduct and coordinate structured testing of UGVs to validate system and subsystem performance.
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to align design requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Support business development activities by synthesising requirements, defining specifications, plan, drive and track the solution process for the team.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation (designs, system requirements, production details) is organized for manufacturing and production.
• Conduct market research to understand new trends in robotics and unmanned systems technology.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.
• 2-3 years of working experience in project management or product development in fields of robotics or equivalent.
• Experience in systems design, system integration, and team management.
• Good communication and management skills to handle both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of robotics and unmanned systems.
• Hands-on approach when needed, with the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience building and testing robotics/control systems would be advantageous.
