• Create, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Conduct / perform training to employees to improve GMP / international standards certification awareness and compliance.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
  Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
  Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report on a weekly basis.

• Prepare and submit project documents and reports.

• Supervise site work to ensure quality compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Electrical Electronics Engineering with at 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in basic programming software such as VB, C, C++, Java, C# etc is advantageous.

Job Description：

Job Scope：

• Coordinate collection of completed jobs, generate necessary shipping documents, and notify relevant departments.
• Expedite and verify packing lists and delivery orders, follow up with logistics and finance, and handle incoming deliveries and customs.
