• Lead and mentor a team of post-sales engineers responsible for the implementation and deployment of network and security solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our network and security solutions, providing pre-sales support as needed to assist in solution design and proposal development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role within the network and security industry, with a strong understanding of networking protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, with a focus on driving results, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with network and security solutions from leading vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba/Juniper, etc.
• Experience with Cloud Networks, Containers will be advantageous
• Experience with project management should be part and parcel for project coordination and management.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.
