Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support, commissioning, and service for the assigned product range in maritime automation systems.
• Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with clients across Southeast Asia.
• Perform workshop testing and technical preparations before service deployment.
• Ensure proper preparation and execution of assigned tasks, meeting performance expectations consistently.
• Generate detailed service reports, update technical documentation such as drawings and cable information, and maintain records accurately.
• Offer remote guidance and product support to customers while managing refit/retrofit project commissioning.
• Support the service team with backend technical expertise and assist the sales department with technical inquiries.
• Manage administrative duties, including pre- and post-service documentation, and handle ad hoc assignments as needed.

requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Electronics,Electrical,Instrumentation,Mechatronics
• Min 3 years of field service experience in Shipping and/or offshore Oil & Gas installations
• Proficient in tank level gauging systems or CTMS cargo tank monitoring system
• Prior experience in the maritime industry is essential
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice
