• Responsible for all technical support of new product introduction, including product improvement, component production, and the entire process of product assembly and packaging
• Produce electrical designs that comply with specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Ability to select appropriate electrical components and cables with due consideration given to size, layout, and cost.
• Produce and revise electrical documentation and drawings. Perform systematic troubleshooting and improvement on new/existing Electrical design.
• Provide technical support to the Operations team during assembly and testing.
• Responsible for effective change management: implementation of Engineering Change Notice & get customer approval for Engineering Change Request.
• Conduct troubleshooting and drive closure on equipment electrical related matters.
• Conduct engineering verification and setup/execute reliability testing plan.
• Receive initial product training, compile, and update product assembly instructions, be responsible for the complete transfer of product technical details from the customer to the company, and continuously improve, and innovate processes and technologies.
• Contact the customer's designated personnel on product-related technical issues.
• Responsible for training the assembly team and implementing improvements within the production team.
• Establish assembly work instructions based on customer’s specifications.
• Monitor, identify, develop, and implement improvements in process control systems and equipment.
• Create Bill of Material & routing in ERP for assembly.
• Troubleshoot and optimize assembly processes and follow up with production.
• Improve process robustness, yield, product quality and process time.
• Define and follow up on special tooling requirements.
• Manage customer documentation (drawings, specification, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•Possess knowledge in digital circuit design, firmware implementation and hydraulics analog circuit design.

•Understanding of manufacturing processes PCB’s, PCBA’s, LED’s, extrusions, machining/turning, sheet metal, precisions stamping and ALU/SS materials and mechanical assembly processes.

•Knowledge of different types of motor applications, such as DC servo motors, 3 phase linear motors, stepper motors, voice coil motors etc.

•Expertise in one or more of the following areas will be added advantage: Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), Digital Signal Processor (DSP), Micro controller and Power Supply.

•Knowledge of stringent grounding requirements used in industrial control systems.

•Electrical drafting knowledge using 2D CAD system and Proficiency in reading and updating technical drawings.

•Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems on a conceptual and advanced troubleshooting level.

Qualifications

•Possess at least a Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/equivalent.

•A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in high precision assembly equipment electrical design experience

Skills/Requirement

Must have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, working with Hadoop, Spark, and data processing technologies in large-scale environments

• Strong expertise in designing and developing data infrastructure using Hadoop, Spark, and related tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig, etc)

• Experience with containerization platforms such as OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Spark, Python, Scala, or Java

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket)

• Experience with Graphana, Prometheus, Splunk will be an added benefit

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is a plus
