This working position requires to run and monitor the production line for coffee, tea and soluble capsules. This comes with learning the use and maintenance of the automated production lines. It also requires the handling of ingredients and the handling of finished products to be placed on pallets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To operate the production lines.
• Assisting the Production Supervisor to ensure the orders are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time in accordance to defined specifications and quality.
• Loading the filling line with ingredients and materials needed for the production.
• Arranging finished products on pallets.
• Ensuring all plants, machineries and equipment are well maintained and in good condition.
• Other ad hoc duties required, related to production and day to day activities.

• Knowledge in manufacturing company and machineries will be a plus point.

• Working days : Mon - Friday 8am to 5.45pm + 2hrs OT
• Salary : $1600+ Various Allowances + OT | Gross : Around $2300+
• Location : Woodlands Terrace
• Company transport provided at various area (Yishun, Admiralty, Woodlands, Marsiling, Lakeside)

Responsibilities:

• Handle & troubleshoot machines in production floor
• Operating of machines, conduct in-process inspection & handling according to procedures or Checking & Packing of plastic audio buttons & panels
• Do simple recording on relevant forms
• Housekeeping of workstations
• Standing Job

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Report to the Construction Manager
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspections
• Prepared and Assembled ready wooden cabinetry to drawings and specifications for installation.
• Verified dimensions and checked the quality and fit of pieces.
• Measured and marked dimensions of sites.
• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of received orders, planning, and work distribution.
• Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of workforce.
• Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.
• Following food processing so as to achieve quality output.
• Ensure the production operation is in the context of ISO & HACCP programs e.g. hygiene standard, work instruction, production records are properly followed and recorded.

Requirement:

• Relevant experience in food processing
• Ability to work under pressure to meet the production timeline
• Being able to work long working hours especially when the orders cropped up
• Self-driven and flexible personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Salary: Basic $1800 + OT + Allowances
• Working days: Monday - Friday (fixed shift)
• Morning Shift : 8am to 5:45pm
• Afternoon shift: 3:30pm to 1:25am
• Location: Senoko, Woodland

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily Production activities in production line according to work instruction
• Perform tofu making operation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required
