Job Requirement

1. Possess at least Senior High School.
2. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
3. Any Gender but Female more preferably.

Working Hours

• Day shift 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
• Sat 8.30 am to 1.00 pm (No Break Time) and 5.5 days/week

Summary

Responsible for operating equipment and conduct basic maintenance. Provide technical support to production.

Responsibilities

• Operate a process/equipment and conduct basic maintenance.
• Set-up and adjust equipment to ensure smooth flow of production.
• Perform troubleshooting on production process and equipment.
• Perform line clearance before starting a work and ensure:

1. a.the equipment/machine is qualified (e.g. within the validated maintenance/calibration date)
2. b.the tools are verified as per work instruction
3. c.all the process parameters are verified as per work instruction
4. d.the materials are verified as per BOM and ensure that there is no other materials in the work stat
5. Maintain good manufacturing practices all the time and ensure zero non-conformance product.

• Ensure 5’S and cleanliness on work area.
• Maintain proper records for production data and comply with GDP.
• Maintain compliance of EMS, QMS, cGMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Secondary/Diploma in Engineering related disciplines or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience would be added an advantage.
• Good mechanical or industrial aptitude and knowledge.
• Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
• Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Able to work independently and also work well with a team.
