Position Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production safely and stably. The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of the EVAL Plant in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Major tasks include managing direct reports on shift, plant performance monitoring, feedback and troubleshoot abnormalities, conduct and follow up of individual training and development plans of his people. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Production Day Superintendent. Until the startup of EVAL production line, training and learning opportunities of EVAL production technology are provided by experienced members in company. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for training and leading the new technicians to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new EVAL plant.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and Production Superintendent in process analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.
• Responsible for all aspects of shift operations and manage shift team manpower and administration.
• Conducts daily shift meetings and assign duties to the shift team.
• Making emergency operating decisions.
• Leads Emergency Response Team as Site Incident Commander.
• Provide guidance to shift team for effective and safe operation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Firetec (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new products, creating detailed engineering plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the engineering meets quality standards.

Qualifications

Key Job Accountabilities:

· Sustain the respective eWLB processes for all eWLB engineering products and be technical expertise in their respective areas.

· Ensure new products meet special requirements of customer at various processes.

· Ensure smooth transition of new products from engineering qualification to LVM down to HVM by providing technical support at respective processes.

· Perform continuous improvement, engineering evaluations and process optimization through DOE and JMP analysis approach.

· Support the qualification of new and alternative materials (direct and indirect), tools, and equipment.

· Review the FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan of new products to achieve better yield and assembly performance prior and during LVM and HVM transition.

Participate in cost reduction projects during engineering builds.

Required Experience and Qualifications

· Requires B. Eng, B. Sc, M. Eng, M. Sc or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or its equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wafer process is preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant areas is an added advantage.

· Familiar with DOE, FMEA, SPC and 8D methodologies, and data analysis using JMP.

· Self-driven and good communications skills.

· Prepare detailed design reports, calculations and drawings.

· Prepare submissions to statutory agencies/ authorities.

· Participate in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries.

· Participate in preparing tender documentations.

· Participate in the successful delivery of projects.

· Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).

· Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.

· Have good knowledge of common engineering design software.

· Working experience in engineering design consulting practice on building, geotechnical, infrastructure, rail or road projects (underground/basement/elevated structures, tunnel structures and MRT station structures).

· Strong analytical skills.

· Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
