• Once a job has been accepted by the company, the production manager sets up the job ready for construction. This will include writing up material lists for every item, negotiating prices with subcontractors and writing up work orders, and completing the Spec/Req folder
• Prior to the start of work, the production manager will meet with the sub-contractor assigned to the project and debug the job, ensuring that all specifications and job conditions have been reviewed
• Prior to the start of work, the production manager and the sub-contractor will meet with the salesperson and customers in a pre-construction conference where all details and potential problems will be ironed out and all decisions made by the customer. On smaller, simpler projects, it may not be necessary for the production manager to attend.
• The production manager is responsible for ensuring that communication between the customer and the sub-contractor is being maintained.
• The production manager will ensure that routine change orders are estimated, written up and signed by the customer and the sub-contractor. When change orders involve more substantial work than is typically handled by the sub-contractor, the production manager will coordinate with the sales department on pricing and selling of change orders.
• The production manager maintains an adequate work force of sub-contractors to meet the needs of the company.
• The production manager is responsible for all company vehicles, tools and equipment, including their maintenance and in good operating condition.
• Prior to the completion of the job, the sub-contractor, at the direction of the production manager, meets with the customer(s) and salesperson to prepare a quality control pre-completion punch list. This will be signed by the customer(s) and, when completed, the final check will be collected. The production manager will implement and supervise incentive programs for lead carpenters to maximize performance.
• The production manager approves all requests for payments to sub-contractors.
• The production manager, together with the sub-contractor, goes over final plans and specifications to ensure that there are no problems in filing and obtaining building permits, and coordinates all necessary inspections during the course of the job.
• The production manager is responsible for recruiting, negotiating and developing a working relationship with a sub-contractor in every trade. This includes developing a unit cost for every standard task

Job description

• Continuously update the IOT standalone GUI, and write manual documentation for the team to adopt.
• Work with electronics and full stack engineer to create a bidirectional data transfer, to create web based GUI to display robot product status
• Conduct troubleshooting of IOT controlled robotics system to verify the cause of failures, and assist in arriving at the corresponding solution.
• Ensure compliance with company programs procedures and applicable quality system regulations and standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Work on Single Board Computer to implement sensors and calculations to enable robotic functions
• Independently perform some level of failure analysis.
• Supports equipment development efforts for new products, and process improvements. These efforts may be the internal development of process equipment or coordination with an external equipment integration company.
• Supports processes. This support might include daily support of production operations as well as leading reliability and yield improvement activities for the IOT product.
• May be expected to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of many tangible and intangible factors. Individual will be required at times to make complex technical recommendations on design quality and reliability.
• Writes Process Specifications and Manuals when applicable.
• Supports Return Merchandise Authorization process by providing root cause analysis report.
• Collaborates with Technical Experts from other software/hardware partners to implement new Product/ Process activities across the facilities following Technology Roadmaps and Design Engineering activities.
• Performs other position related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Device Monitoring:

• Regularly check network devices for connectivity and performance.
• Monitor the health status of all network devices to ensure they are functioning correctly.

2. Backup Management:

• Perform regular backups of network configurations and critical data.
• Ensure backup processes are reliable and data can be restored efficiently.

3. Configuration Management:

• Implement and document configuration changes to network devices.
• Maintain accurate records of all configuration changes.

4. Firewall Rule Review:

• Regularly review and update firewall rules to ensure network security.
• Collaborate with the security team to address any vulnerabilities.

5. Network Device Hardening:

• Apply best practices to harden network devices against potential threats.
• Ensure all devices are configured securely and comply with company policies.

6. Patch Management:

• Apply patches and updates to network devices to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Keep track of patch levels and ensure all devices are up-to-date.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Configure/Manage/Monitor CCTVs, L2-L3 switches, Routers, ONTs, Firewall and related IT technical facilities, including IP/Digital Phone
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and to resolve network issues in WAN/LAN/WIFI
• Responsible for the administration and technical support of application systems sitting on network infrastructure
• Experience in supporting Windows server technologies and network communication devices
• Enforce security policies and standards, including firewall, VPN, AD, NTFS structure
• Strong technical knowledge for end-users support in desktop, notebook, LAN/WAN architecture cabling, Printers and POS peripherals
• Manage IT assets and resources to ensure optimal capacity for business users
• IT Support includes AV support, POS/Booking computer setup for all events: Roadshow, EXPO, projects, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco, Huawei, Fortigate products i.e routers, switches, WLAN, Firewall.
• Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols.
• Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies.
• Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required.
• Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation.
• Hands on experience in Cloud computing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Office365 is an added advantage.
• CCNA/CCNP and other network related certification will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a team player and independently.

• Work closely with other members of the team to develop software solutions to grow the P&L
• Design, develop and own high-performance solution stacks
• Maintain, monitor, extend and optimize existing trading systems
• Contribute to the firm’s technical roadmap

Requirements:
