I) Job Purpose:

The Production Supervisor (Food Processing) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our food processing facility. He/she is to in-charge of the overall production activities, and monitor the staff’s performance. He/she must ensure that all staff adhere to the HSE rules & regulations, and to abide and upkeep the food processing & quality standards.

II) Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Production Line: Determining sequence of daily operations, and the use of proper tools / equipment. Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure safety standards are fulfilled. Monitoring employee attendance, performance, and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs efficiently.

• Quality Control: Carry out checks / inspections to ensure that the products meet food safety and quality standards. To address to quality issues promptly as and when required.
• Compliance: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations.

• Permanent night shift (10pm to 7am), 6-days week from Tuesdays to Sundays.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.

· Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.

· Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.

· Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.

· Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.

· Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.

· Provide full support as required by the Management and Project Team for all projects.

· Overall coordination and management on manpower schedules.

Your responsibilities include technical administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures

Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope (Incident Management)

Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels (Service Request / Incident / Change / Patch Management)

Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults

Liaise and coordinate the recovery of systems

Identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration and implementation (continuous improvements)

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position

4-6 years of experience in web development
Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5, CSS3 and or Ant Design framework
Experience in server side CSS pre-processing platforms including but not limited to LESS and SASS
Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript/typescript frameworks and libraries specifically Angular and Express (NodeJS)
Deep understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX
Proficient understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Design, develop and execute test plans and scripts for our web apps built on ReactJS
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business owners to understand requirements and create comprehensive test cases
• Perform functional, regression, performance and security testing to identify bugs and ensure quality and stability of the products
• Automate test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Troubleshoot, analyze and assist with resolving issues found during testing
• Document test results and provide detailed feedback to development team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in a web development environment
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Proficiency in testing web applications, particularly those built with ReactJS, AWS
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright or similar
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic about Web3 technologies like NFTs, DeFi, and DAOs, with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to the fast-changing landscape across different industries
