• Job arrangement of the manufacturing operators.
• Check all process control equipment are in good condition.
• Maintain enough or place order stock of miscellaneous production items
• Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness of manufacturing areas.
• Perform line clearance and in-process packing line checks.
• To issue daily Packing Time Sheet.and prepare W.I.P. lists.
• Liaise with QC department on issues of product quality
• To participate in-house GMP audit checks.

Job Requirement

• Polytechnic Diploma in any field.
• At least 4 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
• Preferably Supervisory skill in a manufacturing environment

1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as assembly machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
2. Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary.
3. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control personnel, to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, resolve production issues, and implement process improvements.
5. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, equipment logs, and quality control documentation.
7. Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
9. Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
10. Provide support in other areas of the production process as needed.

Manufacturing Production Technician Required Skills

1. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
5. Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report any production issues or equipment malfunctions.
6. Basic computer proficiency to enter and retrieve data, as well as use production software and systems.
7. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is desirable.

Required Qualifications

1. Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
2. Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a production technician or a similar role.
3. knowledge of IPC 620 or 610 a plus.
4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
5. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
6. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
