ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

You will be a member of the software squad which maintains LORADS3, the current ATM system used operationally by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. As such, you will be supporting the program by analysing/fixing PCRs. Additionally, you will be tasked to robustify given test frameworks.

Immediate opportunities to upskill and learn the domain & life cycle of an ATM in operation will be provided via a learning mission in our AMS Headquarters in Singapore for a duration of 6-8 weeks. Here you will be guided in a structured regimen of theoretical and practical learning, with the goal of returning to Singapore as an immediate contributor.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Engineer to join our team as a key leader in our engineering department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of building systems, with a primary focus on M&E and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of Building General M&E, ACMV systems, and Process Utility Systems(CDA, UPW, PCW, PVAC, Scrubber, etc.).

· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of shift leads and technicians to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

· System Oversight: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.

· Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience as a Building Operation Engineer or similar role.
