6 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS

6.1 The Contractor’s support personnel managing the servers must be trained and minimally be proficient in the following areas:

Windows Server

(a) The System Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

(i) At least three (3) years of experience in Microsoft Server administration;

and

(ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA);

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and manage the mechanical engineering works schedule in alignment with the overall project master schedule.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other departments to address technical matters related to mechanical work.
• Possess the necessary qualifications, competencies, and skills to effectively manage and supervise mechanical works.
• Lead the on-site mechanical construction team to ensure smooth execution of work by subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections of MEP works, including ACMV, plumbing, water piping, fire hydrant systems, and fire protection systems prior to the commencement of construction activities.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Oversee all Mechanical issues on-site to ensure proper resolution.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering taht recognized by PE Board Singapore;
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the Electrical / Mechanical Engineering construction industry experience;
• Possess strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
• Strong Knowledge of Mechanical details, working drawings and local construction practices

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
• Conduct preliminary surveys and collect data for project planning.
• Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation related to projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Precision Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with CAD software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for the deployment of our storage systems
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues using remote tools and/or onsite service as required
• Accurate documentation of all activities
• Occasional travel to support regional deployments

Job Requirements:

• IT or Engineering Diploma/Degree holder
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• Experience in field service & trouble-shooting of storage and data protection equipment would be advantageous
• Familiarity of Linux / Windows servers would be advantageous
• Good IT and communication skills
• Singaporean Citizen/PR
