• Responsible for configuration and setting of system such as CCTV, Video Management software, network switch, WIN Server, etc in our office’s staging area.
• Work with other partner’s system on the integration to our system.
• Provide remote support to project engineers if there are any issues on network and systems
• Assist Project Manager on preparation of documents such as System Design document, Acceptance test document, training manual, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Basic technical knowledge on Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access) will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Objectives of this role

Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager and key stakeholders.

Analysing and interpreting engineering drawings, survey reports and other technical documentation to guide the construction process.

Your tasks

Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Analyse and interpret engineering plans, aerial photography, blueprints, topographical & geologic data and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.

Required skills and qualifications

4-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.

Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.

Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.

Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Relevant engineering certifications, like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

Thorough knowledge of the Singapore Building Code, safety regulations and standards.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills.

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices.
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, confriguration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware
• Work with 3rd parties vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties
