Expected tasks / responsibilities

1. Job shadow / On-job training, OJT of Production Engineer to understand cable manufacturing process.

Production Shift Supervisor

• Working hours: 5-days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm

Position Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production safely and stably. The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of the EVAL Plant in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Major tasks include managing direct reports on shift, plant performance monitoring, feedback and troubleshoot abnormalities, conduct and follow up of individual training and development plans of his people.
