In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, and adhering to quality standards. You will work closely with team members to ensure timely production and the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Work in compliance with all safety regulations and production schedules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food and beverage.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and quality control procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Report to the Operation Manager
• You will adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship so as to meet the stringent requirement conducted during site tests and inspection
• Prepared and Assembled materials to drawing and specifications for installation.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
