Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Oversea workshop operations.
• Attend to matters relating to material handling equipment such as forklift & stackers, and commercial vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Job distribution to technicians.
• Writing job orders and descriptions.
• Ensure that all customers' inquiries are attended to promptly.
• Follow up with customers on issues pertaining to their vehicles.
• Prepare quotation pertaining to repair and replacement of parts.
• Monitor job process and perform quality checks after repair jobs are done.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least GCE 'N'Level or NiTEC in Automotive Trade.
• Prefereably 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good oral and written communication.

Job Description:

• Manage admin and performance related functions
• Interact with new patients and prepare Service Contracts
• Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
• Process patients’ payment (AR) and follow up with uncollected payment
• Manage account receivable (AR) and account payable (AP)
• Process billings that needed
• Perform compilation and analysis of key indicators where required
• Be involved in SOP preparation and digitalization
• Process and submission of claims like CHAS, Medisave or Insurance claim
• Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance

• Support administration of customer service and client feedback
